In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the 8k8.com website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated software, content, and services accessible through the domain and its subdomains.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on 8k8.com, through which you access games, manage your balance, and receive promotional benefits.

To register an Account and use the 8k8.com Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are not located in a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes and not on behalf of any other person or legal entity;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, contractor, or close family member of a current employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of 8k8.com or any of its affiliated entities or game providers;
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by 8k8.com for breach of these Terms;
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or compelled, from 8k8.com or any other regulated gambling operator in the Philippines;
• You possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Philippines.

Registration Process

Registration requires a valid Philippine mobile number, a unique password meeting minimum security requirements, and confirmation that you meet the eligibility criteria above. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and to update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

One Account per person is permitted. Registering multiple Accounts for the same individual, whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or device identifiers, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 8k8.com Account. This includes all wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether the activity was authorized by you or resulted from a failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

Account Security

You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential at all times. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access or use your Account, or transfer ownership or control of your Account to any other person. 8k8.com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account.

If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact 8k8.com support immediately. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend your Account while unauthorized access is investigated.

Identity Verification (KYC)

8k8.com is required to conduct identity verification procedures in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering and player protection regulations. We may request documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and confirmation of payment method ownership.

Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. You agree to provide requested documentation promptly. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.

Account Currency

All Account balances on 8k8.com are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PHP. If a payment is initiated in a different currency, conversion will occur at the prevailing exchange rate and any conversion fees charged by the relevant payment provider are the responsibility of the Account holder.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit to your Account and that is registered in your name. 8k8.com will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawals requested while a KYC review or fraud investigation is pending may be held until the review is complete.

8k8.com reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, inconsistent with prior deposit and wagering patterns, or that raise concerns under applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. 8k8.com will provide advance notice before applying any dormant account administration fee. Players are encouraged to log in periodically and to contact support to arrange withdrawal of any remaining balance.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional offers made available on 8k8.com are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. Where there is a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion is available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are specified per promotion and may include account age, deposit history, VIP tier, or geographic location within the Philippines.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings can be transferred to your real-money Balance and requested for withdrawal.
• Unless otherwise stated, Wagering Requirements must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus Funds that remain subject to unmet Wagering Requirements at expiry are forfeited without compensation.

Cashback and VIP Program

Weekly cashback credits issued through the 8k8.com VIP program are real-money credits with no wagering requirement unless otherwise specified in the VIP program terms. Cashback calculations are based on net losses within the applicable calculation period and are credited at the rate corresponding to the player's VIP tier at the time of calculation.

All games available on 8k8.com are provided by certified third-party game providers whose software is subject to independent testing and certification for fairness and technical compliance. 8k8.com does not operate the underlying game mechanics and is not responsible for game software errors attributable to the provider.

RNG Certification

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 8k8.com and will result in Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other time;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform content or software.

Any unauthorized use of 8k8.com's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute infringement actionable under Philippine law. 8k8.com reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.

8k8.com provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from the Account Settings section of your 8k8.com Account:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Caps on net losses over a defined period, calculated on a rolling basis.
• Session Time Limits: Maximum session duration with on-screen reminder notifications when limits are approaching.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during play indicating the duration of your current session and your net win/loss position.

8k8.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including unauthorized use of another person's payment method;
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime;
• At the request of a relevant regulatory authority;
• Where 8k8.com determines that continued operation of the Account creates a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an Account is closed due to a material breach by the player — including fraud, cheating, or multi-accounting — 8k8.com reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance, including any real-money funds. In all other cases of Account closure initiated by 8k8.com without fault on the part of the player, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the player via their most recently used withdrawal method within a reasonable period.

Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting support. Any outstanding Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure. Real-money Balance will be returned after completion of applicable KYC and withdrawal processing requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8k8.com's liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform, these Terms, or any game or transaction shall be limited to the amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

8k8.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if 8k8.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, 8k8.com is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings or game round results due to technical malfunction, network failure, or server outage;
• Delay or failure in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any tax liability arising from winnings received through the Platform, which are the sole responsibility of the player;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, game statistics, or odds displayed on the Platform that contain typographical errors.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to individual game outcomes, withdrawal processing, or Account closure, shall be resolved as follows:

• Internal Dispute Resolution: Players must first submit a formal complaint to 8k8.com's customer support team. 8k8.com will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. • PAGCOR Escalation: If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through 8k8.com's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through their established complaints and dispute resolution channels. PAGCOR's determination on regulatory matters will be final and binding.
• Jurisdiction: For any legal proceedings not resolved through the above mechanisms, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Individual game outcomes determined by a certified RNG are final and cannot be reversed except where a demonstrable and documented technical error has resulted in an incorrect outcome. Dissatisfaction with an RNG outcome that was correctly processed does not constitute a valid dispute.

8k8.com reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — 8k8.com will provide advance notice of not less than seven (7) days via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, via notification to your registered mobile number.

Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter substantive rights, and changes required by law or regulatory direction, may be implemented without advance notice.

Your continued use of the 8k8.com Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of your real-money Balance.
